Does the simulation replace a consultation?

No. The simulation is indicative and is neither a diagnosis nor a guarantee of results. A consultation with a qualified healthcare professional remains necessary.

Are my photos protected?

Does Phimetra generate treatment consent forms?

No. Phimetra records the patient's consent to the processing of her photo (GDPR Article 9) before any analysis. Treatment consent forms for toxin, fillers or skin boosters remain the practitioner's own documents.

What is recorded when the patient consents?

The acceptance and its timestamp are logged. Photos are deleted automatically within 30 days at the latest, and the patient can ask for deletion at any time.

Can Phimetra draft quotes?

Yes. Phimetra drafts a quote from the consultation. You review and adjust it before sharing it with the patient.

Is patient data safe?

Explicit GDPR Article 9 consent for biometric photos, encryption in transit and at rest, photos deleted within 30 days at the latest and never used to train AI. Analysis runs at Scaleway (Paris, France) and rendering at IONOS Cloud (Germany); data is hosted in France. No photo or result is transferred outside the European Union (sub-processors listed at /legal/security).
